Last year two of WDL Products Ltd’s earliest recruits celebrated their 20th year with the company. Mary Kent and Steve Dixon started with the company when it first began trading as WDL Products Ltd. Both Mary and Steve started with the company as operators. Steve is now in charge of fabrication and Mary has become a company director. This year we will be celebrating even more long-serving employees.

Now Over 20 Years in Business

This year WDL Products Ltd is celebrating its 20th year of business. The company has come a long way from its humble beginnings in a Scotswood unit. Through hard work and dedication the business has grown into a company with a turnover approaching £6 million, and employs over 90 people, some of whom have been here since the beginning

The Latest Recruit

WDL Products Ltd has just welcomed a new member to the workforce. Alan Kerry has joined the team as a service manager and will add significant strength to the company’s ability to respond to customer demands. Alan has extensive experience in metal fabrication, specialising in sheet metal design, he also has comprehensive knowledge of CAD drawing and 3D modelling, as well as hands on experience in metal fabricating machines.

Alan is a successful contracts manager able to respond to customers requirements from enquiry to delivery ensuring the highest standards are met.
